As far as PEO sales go they have a lot of options and great customization of the product
Cons
During my 1.5 years there I saw 2 managers get demoted to sales. Very few reps make quota. If you’re looking for good benefits from your employer run far away nobody takes their insurance and it’s a pain to use. There’s no job security they’ll fire top performers for missing quota barely. They make fun of ADP a lot but I lost multiple clients during implementation their service team is garbage. They’ve basically been growing through acquisitions so long they don’t know how to do anything else. All would have been done if my clients were happy. Culture inside the company is nonexistent you’ll have to plead for your job twice a year which means taking a whole week off selling each time. It’s just awful.
