The top leaders on the operational side ( payroll, taxes, ongoing client relations/benefits, treasury/credit and product) are not qualified for their positions. Even more concerning is the fact that they only seem to promote people who suck-up to them instead of promoting people who are qualified for the job. People running payroll and payroll tax have no experience or certifications. People running product have no experience and don’t listen to those whom are client facing. It’s truly a liability when it comes to serving thousands of clients and their employees.
