Employees are only granted better pay increases when threatening to leave and even though the CEO may approve it, this is not fixing the problem. It is only contributing to the problem further. There has been constant layoffs and outsourcing to other countries with no explanation or announcements which is concerning as if they are being compliant with WARN or not. This is not a very inclusive work place as leadership is only able to attend events and summits throughout the year. The environment is very toxic but the CEO believes there is great culture due to the leadership summits.
