Don’t Believe The 5 Star Reviews - Finance Vensure Employer Solutions Employee Review

I usually don’t do this but after my experience with Vensure I feel I have to warn people not to join this company. Before I continue all the recent 5 star reviews in my opinion are fake reviews written by upper management in a attempt to try and raise the average score. The upper management only cares about themselves and inflating the balance sheet to hit targets for their owners. They acquire great payroll companies and then proceed to take away benefits and separate teams to fill gaps in other departments. They claim here on Glassdoor that people who have concerns should reach out to their manager to clear up issues you have. That didn’t happen for me. Firstly the company is moving people around so much it’s so hard to even figure out who you should bring issues to and when I finally did I was told the company is in a “growth stage.” Any other attempt to discuss my role was eventually just ignored. The executive team especially the CEO seem to be surrounded by yes men who are oblivious to the major issues in the company. Vensure is not only losing valuable employees with experience but also money from what I can tell since all they seem to care about is acquiring other companies. Instead of buying another company maybe they could use that money to figure out how to retain people and improve benefits. As of right now I will never recommend Vensure as a company to work for or become a client of.
