Pros
Friendships developed Passion of some employees to change
Cons
First, a good portion of the five star reviews written here are because the CEO told his leadership team and sales team to each write a review to boost the scores which is why you’ll notice a pattern of highly positive reviews followed by negative reviews. Second, this company tracks your computer activity. The CEO doesn’t trust his employees and has active track downloaded on everyone’s computer. Management is asked to keep tabs on their employees and track their every move. Third, nepotism is rampant at this company. If you’re not related to someone be prepared to never be promoted to senior leadership positions. The CEO doesn’t not believe in working from home and instead has an old school mentality of wanting to see his employees work with managers seated in the back cubes so that they can watch their employees. Again, lack of trust. I usually don’t write reviews but wouldn’t want someone to end up working in a toxic environment where their mental health suffers. In my internal HR role it was solely administrative and not strategic at all. HR does not have a seat at the table. The only people who have a seat are the CFO, CEO and COO. The CEO does not care about employee engagement and instead wants HR to push paper. Salaries are all over the place. There is no compensation philosophy in place. Employees with little experience are promoted to AVP and VP and whatever title they make up to justify a salary increase. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone in my network ever! I don’t how the CEO sleeps at night making money and shortchanging his employees.
