Pros

Nothing, they suck the soul out of everything.

Cons

All this company knows how to do is buy up smaller companies. They copy the strategy of larger companies like UKG or ADP without understanding how or why those companies operate the way they do, so it results in decisions that do not benefit anyone except the C level and their bank accounts. Once acquired by this company, our benefits were gutted and veiled behind jargon and third-party systems, with the remaining benefits rising to unfeasible rates. Our workforce started leaving en masse with no efforts from Vensure to retain anyone, as they allowed teams to become so understaffed that support was noticeably suffering. Bare minimums, deflective answers and tactics, buying companies and killing them from the inside, hedge fund style business practices, cheapest third-party partners, minimal benefits, monitoring software to treat you like children, just all around poor management and a disdain for their own employees. A great place to slowly kill yourself in a mind-numbing haze of employee disregard, empty slogans and causes, and corporate greed wrapped in incompetence.

Pros

There's opportunity to make good money - but this varies highly even within departments.

Cons

Management and company initiatives are consistently disorganized, and both employees and clients feel the impact. The benefits package is poorly structured and offers limited real value compared to industry standards. The organization operates almost entirely in reactive mode, with little proactive planning, adequate support, or operational structure. It creates a constant environment of scrambling just to keep up, with no path toward getting ahead. Leadership frequently appears disconnected from day-to-day realities, resulting in unrealistic expectations and ongoing operational inefficiencies. Communication and direction change often, making it difficult for teams to execute effectively or build long-term stability. Growing internal talent is second to bringing in new talent. Very high attrition of employees - both firing and employees voluntary leaving.
