      Pros

      Salary was fair but learned that practically all employees that are not senior level were paid poorly. The benefits are the worse of any company in the US.

      Cons

      Vensure treats employees like cattle. You will constantly be monitored to see how many clicks per minute you have on your computer and written up if you aren’t clicking enough or visiting a website they consider to be work related. They use Activtrak which then does not give anyone credit for work accomplished on other devices. Thankfully, I was never written up but I was asked to write up my employees. The company is extremely disorganized from the top. Company is ran in such a lean manner that nothing can get done. Your co-workers hate it there so they are severely disengaged and not going to help you. Technology used is stuck in the stone ages and their clients hate it!!! The company is running out of money is laying off people and can’t pay.

      There's opportunity to make good money - but this varies highly even within departments.

      Cons

      Management and company initiatives are consistently disorganized, and both employees and clients feel the impact. The benefits package is poorly structured and offers limited real value compared to industry standards. The organization operates almost entirely in reactive mode, with little proactive planning, adequate support, or operational structure. It creates a constant environment of scrambling just to keep up, with no path toward getting ahead. Leadership frequently appears disconnected from day-to-day realities, resulting in unrealistic expectations and ongoing operational inefficiencies. Communication and direction change often, making it difficult for teams to execute effectively or build long-term stability. Growing internal talent is second to bringing in new talent. Very high attrition of employees - both firing and employees voluntary leaving.
