While it’s great to hear that you’ve appreciated your team members, our communities, and our Core Values during your years at Venterra, I’m disheartened to read that you’ve also seen favoritism from our management team(s). Maintaining a strong and happy team of employees requires our offices to be overseen by Experience Leaders whose ideals are aligned with our own, and the favoritism and lack of transparency that you describe here definitely doesn’t meet that standard.
