Pros

Venterra really is the best company to work for. They nurture their employees and promote from within. I feel seen and cared for.

Cons

I really don't have any cons.

Pros

Company allows for responsibility to make a change. Everyone is extremely pleasant to work with, and leadership allows for opportunities to grow with the organization. There is no limit to what you can do here to make an impact. I could not love a company more to work for.

Cons

Only negative I can think of is I wish the company offered more benefits. They seem a little limited compared to other companies.

Pros

Almost none. Work stress is so high I can’t recall anything positive.

Cons

They are fine with maintenance guys KILLING themselves everyday with no help. We speak and we are not heard. Properties sitting with over 200 work orders and are denied any additional support. This company does NOT care about its people anymore. It hey care about their investors. They invest millions in their properties, promise a 48 hour guarantee to the residents, promote handyman services, but will not do what it takes to make those “guarantees” possible. Corporate is lost.
