While we appreciate the review and I’m glad your on-site experience was a positive one, it’s disappointing to read your thoughts regarding our senior team. We’ve made a leader promise to ensure all our team members have a voice and are treated with respect and fairness. Although we have programs in place that are aimed at making good on these promises, and there’s always room to improve, the situation you’ve described seems likely to require immediate attention.
