Pros
First, top of the line company to work for. They treat their employees like family, while still maintaining outstanding professionalism. And I mean everyone, from corporate to coworkers. I have been in many different job fields from retail to food and gained a ton of experience but I have never been more proud to belong to a company where I can see the difference I make in people's day. Where, after 5 months, I'm still excited to come to work everyday. The work that I do is critiqued fairly and honestly during evaluation, I can see feedback from prospects and residents, and I'm consistently rewarded in some way for good work done. All these things make me want to dedicate myself to Venterra and look forward to furthering a career with them. Another thing that really impresses me is the transparency. I never feel like they are leaving employees out of the loop on anything. In any kind of relationship communication is key. Venterra does a wonderful job at keeping the lines of communication open and consistent with its employees. I never hesitate to say that this is a company I am a part of. Proud to be a Venterra employee.
Cons
After five months here I don't see a downside to working with this company.
