The Supervisors and Managers team are fully supportive and willing to help you during your onboarding and ongoing process. No egos when it comes to helping each other, which is great for someone who is new to the industry.

Cons

Manufacturing life is fast paced, and the Ventura Edge is no joke. It is a LOT of work. Tons of information come and go every second, and you know to distill quickly what is pertinent to you and what is not. Chisme is part of the plant, so as long as you do not engage, you will be fine.

Compensation was above average compared to similar roles in the industry. Coworkers were friendly, supportive, and willing to help one another. The team environment was collaborative and positive.

Cons

New leadership lacks institutional knowledge and understanding of the business. The company is relying heavily on offshore consultants who also lack sufficient operational knowledge. Leadership appears to favor hiring former coworkers and outside connections instead of promoting qualified internal employees.
