      Quality product, brand/name recognition, customer first attitude.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic/hierarchical. Employees aren't "assets", just machinery replaced if C-Suite needs scapegoat. Promises/commitments made...not kept.

      Cons

      Takes some time to get into the groove and figure out everything that needs to be done. There are a lot of timelines to learn and get in rhythm with.

      Pros

      Compensation was above average compared to similar roles in the industry. Coworkers were friendly, supportive, and willing to help one another. The team environment was collaborative and positive.

      Cons

      New leadership lacks institutional knowledge and understanding of the business. The company is relying heavily on offshore consultants who also lack sufficient operational knowledge. Leadership appears to favor hiring former coworkers and outside connections instead of promoting qualified internal employees.
