      Pros

      Good Hours Monday thru Friday plenty of vending machines to buy food and snacks .lots of Immigrants Working there.

      Cons

      Not a Safe place to Work alot of Safety Hazards they dont let you leave the Facility for your 30 minute lunch or Management is bad with Communication .

      Cons

      Takes some time to get into the groove and figure out everything that needs to be done. There are a lot of timelines to learn and get in rhythm with.

      Pros

      Compensation was above average compared to similar roles in the industry. Coworkers were friendly, supportive, and willing to help one another. The team environment was collaborative and positive.

      Cons

      New leadership lacks institutional knowledge and understanding of the business. The company is relying heavily on offshore consultants who also lack sufficient operational knowledge. Leadership appears to favor hiring former coworkers and outside connections instead of promoting qualified internal employees.
