      Pros

      - average pay & benefits. - company does well despite of poor economy.

      Cons

      - a big company that operates like a small one. - planning in the plant level is very poor. Company tends to fail a lot because of rushed decisions. - if your level is at rank & file you are pretty much a nobody to upper management. - upper management will only notice you if you come from a reputable school. - they may be diverse in terms of race but discrimination does exist in a subtle way. - upper management gets all the credit, bonuses, higher pay. Everyone else below them gets nothing but their base pay. Not even a pat in the back!

      Cons

      Takes some time to get into the groove and figure out everything that needs to be done. There are a lot of timelines to learn and get in rhythm with.

      Pros

      Compensation was above average compared to similar roles in the industry. Coworkers were friendly, supportive, and willing to help one another. The team environment was collaborative and positive.

      Cons

      New leadership lacks institutional knowledge and understanding of the business. The company is relying heavily on offshore consultants who also lack sufficient operational knowledge. Leadership appears to favor hiring former coworkers and outside connections instead of promoting qualified internal employees.
