      Pros

      Biweekly paycheck was on time.

      Cons

      Poor management throughout company especially at the Brea corporate office. They make decisions that have a negative impact on local plant operations and when challenged, they threaten to fire you. Human Resources department is a joke. Lots of over-educated thugs that could care less about employee relation issues. Company is sinking fast. Lots of turnover at key management positions. No feeling of stability or employment nor future career development.

      Cons

      Takes some time to get into the groove and figure out everything that needs to be done. There are a lot of timelines to learn and get in rhythm with.

      Pros

      Compensation was above average compared to similar roles in the industry. Coworkers were friendly, supportive, and willing to help one another. The team environment was collaborative and positive.

      Cons

      New leadership lacks institutional knowledge and understanding of the business. The company is relying heavily on offshore consultants who also lack sufficient operational knowledge. Leadership appears to favor hiring former coworkers and outside connections instead of promoting qualified internal employees.
