- Tools were outdated and documentation was incomplete - Tickets piled up faster than anyone could handle - Customer frustration frequently landed on employees because the system set everyone up to fail - Instead of fixing the real problems, leadership forced the team to keep chasing broken processes

Pros

I've met a couple of decent people during the few months I've worked here, but when it comes to the company it self, I have nothing good to say. Venture 3 has been one of the worst companies I've ever worked for.

Cons

So far, working for Venture 3 Systems has been a complete disappointment. The systems the company utilized were mostly broken, and a lot of the equipment here is outdated, which slowed down work processes a lot. Managers seem inexperienced and are disorganized. They have no idea what they're doing and are honestly just dead weight. Leadership is delusional and keeps setting unrealistic targets for employees to meet. They can't take no for an answer and keep making terrible, short-sighted decisions without even considering the future of the company. It's already frustrating having to work in such a chaotic and messy work environment, but working here has been incredibly unrewarding as well. Salaries are a lot lower compared to other companies, and there aren't a lot of opportunities for employees to advance. Hard work isn't acknowledged at all, much less rewarded, and even if you go above and beyond expectations, you aren't doing yourself any favors.
