Paid training I got to work with the owners and upper management We offered high quality products so I knew I had the best offering at the kitchen table Understanding managers-- treated me like a person and worked with my schedule Really great benefits including 401k match and very affordable health care I was provided a company computer and car, and reimbursed for my cell phone Company provided pre-set appointments for me that they confirmed before assigning

Cons

As a sales rep I did have to travel a fair amount within MA Install timeline was about 2 months from sale so I would get 30% at contract at 70% at signing, would have been nice to get more upfront

Cons

The worst company to work for, extremely high turnover due to incompetent management and owners of the company. They have products they want you to sell that aren’t even launched, then get confused when deals fall apart. They want “yes men” to work for them, any individuality is reprimanded. They encourage you to do anything to get the deal done, even if that means drinking alcohol or smoking with customers. Safety is not a priority for them even slightly. In their words, whatever it takes to get it done. Bizarre place to work.
