Venture Solar is a young, exciting company to work for. If you have a good attitude, if you're willing to learn/take coaching and if you're willing to work hard, then the sky is the limit with this company. Venture Solar is a start-up that's grown from just 5 employees in 2015 to 200+ employees in 2021. That growth has been fueled by a dedicated and mission-driven team. Of that team, almost all of Venture's top-performers and also Venture's management team entered the company as entry-level employees and worked their way up due to their own merits. If you want to come in, bust your butt and take ownership of your role, then the path to greater responsibility and upward-mobility is yours for the taking.
Cons
Venture is a start-up so it's culture is one of quick change and nimble movement. If you're looking for a slow-paced, sedate, corporate atmosphere, then this is not the place for you.
