Pros

Solar is good for the environment.

Cons

You'll work a ton of hours, 6 days a week and will have to drive your own car and pay for gas. You make most of your money based on commissions, 30% at the sale and 70% at installation. The installation is 3-4 months down the line and if you have a slower month, you're fired and they will not pay out your 70% installation commissions. In addition, your boss will treat you poorly nonstop to get you to quit and always has a new trainee to replace the next person going out the door.

Cons

The worst company to work for, extremely high turnover due to incompetent management and owners of the company. They have products they want you to sell that aren’t even launched, then get confused when deals fall apart. They want “yes men” to work for them, any individuality is reprimanded. They encourage you to do anything to get the deal done, even if that means drinking alcohol or smoking with customers. Safety is not a priority for them even slightly. In their words, whatever it takes to get it done. Bizarre place to work.
