      I've been with Venture a little over 2 years, and am beyond grateful for the opportunity the company has awarded me. The owners couldn't be more hands on, and the product is one I'm proud to pitch. Everyday I serve a purpose beyond just making a company money; we help customers regain control of their finances, all while decreasing their carbon footprint. The company's ethos aligns with everything that I value.

      Cons

      Any sales job is a bit more demanding than your 9:00- 5:00 office job. If you have a problem putting in extra hours though then a sales career, regardless of company/ industry, wouldn't be a good fit

      Cons

      The worst company to work for, extremely high turnover due to incompetent management and owners of the company. They have products they want you to sell that aren’t even launched, then get confused when deals fall apart. They want “yes men” to work for them, any individuality is reprimanded. They encourage you to do anything to get the deal done, even if that means drinking alcohol or smoking with customers. Safety is not a priority for them even slightly. In their words, whatever it takes to get it done. Bizarre place to work.
