I've been working at Venture Solar for over five months now, and this has been one of the best jobs I have had so far. Venture Solar is an extremely fast-growing company, and the CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. Venture Solar has an excellent work-life balance with great support from its managers. The management team really cares about their employees and tries to help in any way possible. My fellow team members have been wonderful in helping me learn the job quickly and progress my skills even further.
