      Easy barrier of entry, will hire anyone

      Cons

      Management are criminals. They are unethical and lie to customers for sales. If you leave the company, they will not pay you the money they owe you on outstanding deals that YOU sold. They underpay tremendously and recycle sales people each year and rob them of the commissions they owe them.

      Cons

      The worst company to work for, extremely high turnover due to incompetent management and owners of the company. They have products they want you to sell that aren’t even launched, then get confused when deals fall apart. They want “yes men” to work for them, any individuality is reprimanded. They encourage you to do anything to get the deal done, even if that means drinking alcohol or smoking with customers. Safety is not a priority for them even slightly. In their words, whatever it takes to get it done. Bizarre place to work.
