Pros
Salesforce is really nice, leads being the next day most of the time is nice. Most other solar companies have all of this too but are actually decent to their workers/clients
Cons
-They will push all of your installs back and then fire you to withhold your commissions. -The most toxic culture of all time stemming from management. The average tenure of an employee is probably less than 30 days at this company because no one can take accountability and there is absolutely 0 training. -They do not help your clients pre/post install it sucks if you are a person who only sells a product you would buy. Not ethical. -Please be aware of all of the duplicate reviews from the same day here, management is trying to hide how awful this place is. This place tries to get you to have a bunch of sales and referrals then will intentionally push back install to withhold commission. The amount of good people I have seen come in and then leave a couple weeks later should have been a sign to me to not work here as long as I did. This was the worst mistake of my career I don't want you to make the same. -Go apply to other solar companies if this is the job you want, this company is the worst I have ever seen or heard about. In my initial interview I asked if I sold a deal would I have to do any project management work after and they said no never. Funny because I had to do everyone's job after the fact with no training and every time some one called the company they wouldn't pick up so they would call me and management wouldn't respond to me unless if I looped in the CEO
