      Pros

      I truly enjoyed my time working with my in-office coworkers. The team environment was positive, fun, and collaborative, which made coming to work each day enjoyable. I always felt supported when I needed help, and the company culture within the office was one of the highlights of the job.

      Cons

      There were challenges that made the role more demanding than it needed to be. Work-life balance could be difficult to maintain due to responsibilities that, in my opinion, shouldn’t have fallen on our team. Additionally, there was a disconnect between customer service/sales representatives and our department. Homeowners were often given inaccurate information, which we then had to fix, even if the issues stemmed from conversations with other teams.

      Cons

      The worst company to work for, extremely high turnover due to incompetent management and owners of the company. They have products they want you to sell that aren’t even launched, then get confused when deals fall apart. They want “yes men” to work for them, any individuality is reprimanded. They encourage you to do anything to get the deal done, even if that means drinking alcohol or smoking with customers. Safety is not a priority for them even slightly. In their words, whatever it takes to get it done. Bizarre place to work.
