Pros

Supportive colleagues and a friendly team culture Fast-paced environment that gave me the chance to develop new skills Opportunity to be part of opening a new depot, which was a unique experience Clear communication from certain managers and good teamwork

Cons

As I was new to both the role and to an entirely new depot, more structured training and dedicated time for onboarding would have been extremely helpful. Processes and expectations were sometimes unclear during the depot launch phase. Workload could feel overwhelming at times, especially without full training completed.
