Cons
Veolia landed in the drain when it decided to compete for small, industrial projects on price - and these projects ended with significant cost overrun bec of delays and design disasters. At the same time, poor sales success has been to the detriment of the industrial sales div and its people - it is baffling how an MNC can fail to get orders in a region with the highest growth potential in all of Asia. In short, Little to no revenue growth has led to the company offering the poorest of renumeration, largest of responsibilities yet smallest of dignity.
