Pros
People I worked with were great the first 3 years but everything turned with the "mutualisation" that combined energy, water and transportation. Opportunities (global) were good but sometimes limited to the vision of senior mgmt.
Cons
Extensive travel (70%+) with little acknowledgement by senior mgmt. New CEO in 2013 was no where near the leader that Laurent was If you were not French - you had little real input into anything So much internal politics due to the constant "reorganizing" - absolutely a colossal waste of resources What happened in Paris drove decisions across the globe Consolidation of three divisions in NA to make all profitable gutted the two divisions that were of talented people.
