I'm actively encouraged to learn, which is an increasing rarity as companies seem to be pulling funding from this sort of thing instead of encouraging it. They're very keen on achieving their environmental goals; they aren't just words to put on a wall and then be forgotten about. They place a big emphasis on employee safety, which is good to see.
Cons
It can be slow to get an answer to queries sometimes, but this is being actively worked upon to improve it.
