      - Great products making impact on public health. - Visionary leadership using strategic acquisitions to expand the market share for the the company. - Great people and good culture.

      Cons

      - Hard to integrate as a new employee starting during pandemic. - Less interaction outside of group. - Benefits like 401k match and Onsite lunch could be better.

      Pros

      I feel like the company genuinely cares about its people and patients. The work is fast-paced, rewarding, and the people who work here are incredibly smart and talented. Great benefits and competitive pay. Everyone here works hard but is fun and a genuinely nice person. The company is growing quickly and has a lot of potential, which is exciting to be a part of.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly so sometimes there are growing pains, which is understandable.

      Pros

      - Benefits- especially PTO and Holidays. We have a very generous package. I hope it never changes. Human Resources do what they do and are very communicative and listen to your concerns. They interact professionally and actually help to improve those issues. Management takes time to help improve the workplace by communicating and implementing some changes. They have a very generous open door policy’s. Work life balance is awesomez

      Implementation of workflows without prior communication. You know like a heads up.
