      Pros

      Veracyte is a fantastic place to work. The company's key selling point would be the excellent company culture and the people. Something that attracted me to the position and kept me there for eight years is that Veracyte is built on a meritocracy, and advancement is not based on seniority alone. Veracyte trains its leadership to focus on the individual development of each team member and catering responsibilities based on interests and strengths. When I joined the team, I was impressed by how much everyone's input was valued and considered. In my experience, this is not common.

      Cons

      In a way, Veracyte is a victim of its success, and the small team atmosphere is difficult to maintain. An effort is being made to ensure the practices that make Veracyte a great place to work are upheld, but it does get more complicated the larger you become.

      Pros

      I feel like the company genuinely cares about its people and patients. The work is fast-paced, rewarding, and the people who work here are incredibly smart and talented. Great benefits and competitive pay. Everyone here works hard but is fun and a genuinely nice person. The company is growing quickly and has a lot of potential, which is exciting to be a part of.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly so sometimes there are growing pains, which is understandable.

      Pros

      - Benefits- especially PTO and Holidays. We have a very generous package. I hope it never changes. Human Resources do what they do and are very communicative and listen to your concerns. They interact professionally and actually help to improve those issues. Management takes time to help improve the workplace by communicating and implementing some changes. They have a very generous open door policy’s. Work life balance is awesomez

      Implementation of workflows without prior communication. You know like a heads up.
