Management is out of touch and refuses to listen to market and customer insights. Product innovation is limited to "me too" products in markets where competitors already have overwhelming market share. In lieu of innovative products, management is reducing costs at every turn, causing burnout across all departments, leading to an inevitable house-of-cards.
