-Extensive training from supervisors, even more so if you put in the effort to ask questions and for extra help -Generally great coworkers who care about their children and progress -Both center and home based services offered. Employees can choose which works better for their lifestyle. -Opportunities to advance positions, both before becoming a BCBA and after -Pay is relatively competitive with opportunities for quarterly bonuses, but those are a little harder to achieve -Salary positions available, which offers pay stability when cancellations occur -Monthly free CEU events -Opportunity to have most of your Master's degree tuition paid for

Cons

-Difficult to maintain work/life balance at times -Large emphasis on maintaining high billable hours, sometimes without acknowledging the amount on non-billable work that needs to happen for a case to be effective. Particularly for cases that do not have program development hours due to insurance limitations. -Sometimes feels like upper management does not acknowledge the high rates of burnout in this field or work to remedy it effectively -Wish it didn't take as long to accumulate more PTO, or that a few sick days were offered separate from PTO

Dont have health coverage but it's not really a con because it's a part-time position and they already stated this when you starting the job.
