Young company/staff, enthusiastic BCBA's who are eager to teach ABAT's, knowledgeable BCBA's and therapists, a company that really urges people to grow in the ABA field

Cons

Not much room for growth other than becoming a BCBA. Some cultural/communication issues that could be the side effect of such youthful people in leadership roles, not nothing extreme.

Dont have health coverage but it's not really a con because it's a part-time position and they already stated this when you starting the job.

Full time center hours was the only pro

Cons

Pretty much everything. VB used to be a great company at the forefront of ABA services but they are stuck in 2017 with no interest in getting better. They are the laughing stock of the field now. The company has gotten so corporate and heartless. They only care about money, not about the kids. They reinforce absolutely terrible behavior from staff in order to not have difficult conversations and then deflect blame. They expect the world from employees who are stretched so thin and are begging for help. And if you dare speak up or call these things out, you get labeled as a problem and get forced out one way or another.
