Kids great, Training slightly better than industry standards, plenty of opportunities for Supervisions, all BCBA's I worked with very professional and willing to help.

Cons

Field supervisors scattered, many left with pregnancy leave, scheduling a mess, not very supportive, CEO open door policy a lie. They talk a mighty big game, don't walk the talk. Closed minded and unresponsive to older workers

Dont have health coverage but it's not really a con because it's a part-time position and they already stated this when you starting the job.

Full time center hours was the only pro

Cons

Pretty much everything. VB used to be a great company at the forefront of ABA services but they are stuck in 2017 with no interest in getting better. They are the laughing stock of the field now. The company has gotten so corporate and heartless. They only care about money, not about the kids. They reinforce absolutely terrible behavior from staff in order to not have difficult conversations and then deflect blame. They expect the world from employees who are stretched so thin and are begging for help. And if you dare speak up or call these things out, you get labeled as a problem and get forced out one way or another.
