      Pros

      The company is great to grow with and has allowed me to grow into numerous roles and assume as much responsibility as I wanted. My managers are great and take the time to listen and affect change when needed. Benefits are on par with others in the area and the PTO policy is fair and adequate.

      Cons

      Out of the litany of positive things I can say, I do have one concern. Staff resourcing is inadequate and compensation is not on par with others in the financial sector. We have been promised a review of the compensation structure but to date I have not seen any indication this is going to be a reality anytime soon.

      Pros

      This is a great place to grow your career. I've moved multiple times in the company, with a pay increase every time and a more engaging role every time. Benefits are nice.

      Cons

      There seems to be a disconnect sometimes between the different management tiers, higher ups to plant managers to shift managers and vice versa. It also appears to be slimming down quite a bit on work.
