Pros
For Management, the benefits and vacation policy was solid.
Cons
Ineffective meetings, death by conference calls, most of leadership was promoted through the ranks and received huge salary increases and then put hard caps that does not allow newly promoted to get to salary minimums, highly political, incompetence is rewarded and they rarely promote from within from the front line. The culture is highly punitive.
