Pros
Very flexible work schedule (depending on department), free snacks and drinks, and team outings. Everyone seems to have a fair amount of autonomy to build what they want. The president (functionally the CEO) is genuinely empathetic and open. Benefits are meh, PTO is good.
Cons
Layoffs every quarter, since they're trying to hit unrealistic revenue in a declining industry. They "cut costs" by cutting people and closing offices, which has really impacted morale. They've been hemorrhaging good employees. I know because I've worked there for 3 years; I know the good ones are leaving or preparing to leave. One of our coworkers was hired in May and laid off in August. That's truly poor management. They're outsourcing roles to India. There isn't much of a reason to go into work these days, aside from a pay check.
