Pros
They have a great product and data to actually help business grow and achieve their goals.
Cons
You never know what your compensation plan will be year after year until the year has already started. They dump dead accounts on your books and count it as part of your quota and they add growth margins on top of it too. Currently, sales teams should not expect to see a commission check if they are not at least 95% to their overall quota. Even if you finish as #1 sales person on your team and exceeded prior year sales goals they still dump on you and say you did it before do it again.
