No year end bonus, uncertain future - Software Developer Vericast Employee Review

Pay is low, and benefits are very slim. Everybody is so OLD! Many projects fail miserably. Management kinda delusional Low quality of people, very mediocre or washed off; At end of career Company has uncertain future Lots of politics and power struggles. Place run by business people, not engineers Many of the things made by this company, like selling checks, have very bad reviews Lots of legacy systems that should have been updated DECADES ago Filled to the brim with people who have worked there for 2+ decades. Thats not a good thing
