Pros
Benefits were decent. Unlimited PTO for managers and above. Monthly happy hours in the office. Used to be a great place to work. Probably still is great if you are on the digital team.
Cons
Used to be a great place to work but a lot has changed in the last year with the new leadership. Huge divide between teams. Due to the MANY layoffs in the last 24 months, everyone is fearful for their job and are in self preservation mode vs being supportive and collaborative. Very toxic and unsupportive culture. Ruled by fear, not trust. All associates are expected to do more with less support. 'My way or the highway' senior leadership style which has diminished all trust. Out with the old and in with the new. Lots of unbacked promises, misrepresentations, and little transparency.
