Continual senior leadership changes. It's only getting worse and the weak survive. Very political. Don't get on the wrong side of senior leaders or write your career gone. Management team checks boxes to satisfy senior leaders. Management manages up, scared to speak up and correct issues or lose their jobs. Digital or Print...they don't know who they are; lack the ability to sell integrated solutions. Most current senior leaders have CS backgrounds and have never sold. Days of great commission gone.... Run and don't look back. It is greener on the other side.
