Losing faith in the company/vision - Sales Vericast Employee Review

We had an incredible leader in Cali Tran - he was transparent, appreciative and empathetic of the stresses we've all been under this year, a voice for employees, bold, progressive, and was truly working to build a cohesive culture. He was recently "exited" from the company for reasons unknown and the new leadership is making aggressive changes to the org without explanantions or full strategy planned as to "why." Much of this feels like it is moving us backward, splitting us back into print and digital when we've worked so hard to merge over the last two years. This is leaving everyone thoroughly confused and frustrated with all the work driven recently. Other changes - like consolidating the Vericast businesses - have left employees with feelings of fear and frustration.
