The leadership in Finance and Pricing is new and hasn't taken the time to learn how things are done and are making changes that they don't understand the impacts of. It takes more effort for our sellers to sell internally than externally and we end up getting in our own way of making sales. The company ownership prioritizes short term EBITDA returns and as a result has made a number of decisions that have caused long-term damage to this company. The company rarely promotes from within. A select few are able to advance but most people looking to grow their career leave. Most of the young people with ideas have quit within the last 2-3 years. The Glassdoor review asks to rate the current CEO Cali Tran but he was fired approximately 3 weeks ago.
