Pros
Good pay especially for the children they've been hiring lately. Average age 23. No experience required. Typical hours, holidays, casual dress code.
Cons
Only hiring inexperienced college grads. Pushing tenured employees out. New acquisition has brought on numerous changes most of which have not been positive. Refuse to give promotions or increases but keep hiring new people and paying them more than current employees. High turn over rate. Everything good about working there is gone or going away.
