      It's a job. The work is easy a robot could do it.

      Cons

      Since Hartland Clarke Holding Company took over benefits are decreasing, becoming more expensive and all of the "perks" are going away in 2015. There use to be multiple positions within the company and now there is only one in Houston. There is no room for growth opportunity and no way to stand out and shine. Leadership is overwhelmed and makes for no support.

      Pros

      This is a great place to grow your career. I've moved multiple times in the company, with a pay increase every time and a more engaging role every time. Benefits are nice.

      Cons

      There seems to be a disconnect sometimes between the different management tiers, higher ups to plant managers to shift managers and vice versa. It also appears to be slimming down quite a bit on work.
