Pros
The people, hands down! We move really fast and there are a lot of moving pieces but I have the support of my TA team, Senior Leadership, and Hiring Managers. When you're a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, you have so many experiences of Hiring Managers thinking they know better than you and overall just looking down at their recruiting team. Not here. In my experience, we have a true partnership and full support from our Hiring Managers and dang does it make it enjoyable!
Cons
At times workload can be a bit hard to manage but in our current market, I think these things were hard to predict ....
