Pretty nice place to work, but no room for improvement and management plays favorites. - Client Coordinator Vericast Employee Review

Pros

No micro-managing. PTO is decent. Co-workers are friendly.

Cons

Management clearly plays favorites. On the Client Coordinator team, there are some people working way less than 40 hours a week, while others are overworked and have a lot of overtime. All advancement opportunities seem to be only in Michigan, but shouldn't be because nobody there works past 5pm EST (and a lot of people leave earlier than that). Fewer paid holidays starting in 2015. The company just got bought out by Harland Clarke and benefits are much more expensive this year, along with the constant threat of layoffs.

Pros

This is a great place to grow your career. I've moved multiple times in the company, with a pay increase every time and a more engaging role every time. Benefits are nice.

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect sometimes between the different management tiers, higher ups to plant managers to shift managers and vice versa. It also appears to be slimming down quite a bit on work.
