Laying off tons (TONS) of people as company is not doing well. Multiple higher level execs were let go and sales with good track records let go for unproven new hires with literally no experience within organization. Lack of new products makes them easy targets for competition. Don't expect to be taught anything here at all. Funny they make you sign non competes but anyone from the prior business (Maxpoint) can come and go as they please in terms of leaving and going to competition while non Maxpoint get called out.
