Pros

The co-workers, for the most part, are lovely, smart and motivated people. The People team works tirelessly to develop career development and DEI programs to support their employees.

Cons

Where to start.. Executive leadership is a disaster. Driving the company and culture straight into the ground. Out of touch, unrealistic, outdated approaches. Driving a culture of fear and distrust, and certainly one of lost faith in the future. What was once a very positive environment to work in, and one where collaboration was celebrated, and the potential was felt (back in the Cali days) it's become a blame game - pointing fingers at every other department for their own shortcomings. Sales - in fairness to them - are given unrealistic goals in challenging times, as well as a lack of innovative products to sell - and when they don't meet goals point their fingers at marketing. Place is operating on fumes at this point. Good leaders keep getting fired. Bad (or inept) leaders somehow remain and are given more responsibility or promotions. It goes against the laws of good business sense, which is clearly lacking here. They talk a decent game about DEI but that's where it ends. In the wake of Roe v Wade being overturned, they chose to literally make a statement that they weren't going to make a statement. Which was a big "F you" to half of their employees. Definitely not putting their money where their mouth is. The company is privately held by a single man. "He who shall not be named." Everyones terrified of him. You can do your own research but lets just say his business acumen is questionable at this point.

Pros

This is a great place to grow your career. I've moved multiple times in the company, with a pay increase every time and a more engaging role every time. Benefits are nice.

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect sometimes between the different management tiers, higher ups to plant managers to shift managers and vice versa. It also appears to be slimming down quite a bit on work.
